RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
1. Introduction

2. Return Period and Conditions
You can return most items within **7 days** after delivery. After this period, we cannot accept returns. This does not affect your legal rights.

3. Items That Cannot Be Returned
For health and safety reasons, some items cannot be returned unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. These include:
- Personal care products (makeup, skincare, hygiene items)
- Underwear, swimwear
- Food, beverages, drugs, supplements
- Customized items
4. How to Package Returns
Please return items in the same condition you received them, with original packaging, tags, and labels. Items remain your responsibility until they reach us, so pack them securely.
5. Refunds
Once your return is approved, we’ll process your refund within the timeline stated on our website. If the item was defective or incorrect, we’ll also refund delivery costs. Refunds may be issued via bank transfer, wallet credit, or other available methods.
6. If Your Return Is Rejected
We inspect all returned items. If your request is not approved, we’ll attempt to deliver the item back to you twice. If unsuccessful, you must collect it within 60 days, or it will be forfeited.
7. No Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the item and place a new order.
